Prince Memorial Library is a Passport Acceptance Facility offering services by appointment only.

Before your appointment, you must:
- Fill out your paper or online application completely and accurately, in black ink only. Applications are available at Prince Memorial Library or online.
- Secure supporting documents and photos.

Representatives are available Mondays through Fridays 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Eastern Time, or on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Eastern Time. They are closed on federal holidays.
