Our Strategic Plan
Prince Memorial Library builds on its 100+ years of rich history with a new strategic plan that meets the evolving needs of the communities of Cumberland and North Yarmouth. The plan will guide the library's direction, prioritize resources, and enhance the library's role as a vital community resource.

Library staff continue to work on activity plans based on this strategic framework and regularly update Town administration, the Advisory Board, and the public on our progress.
Year One Objectives
The library staff have completed their first round of brainstorming of objectives for the first year of the plan. Updates on the progress will be reported biannually. A strategic plan is a living document goals or initiatives could shift, not all objectives will be met, or produce the outcome envisioned.
